Call for volunteers!

The association Turun Suurtorin keskiaika ry is looking for volunteers for varying task during the Medieval Market in 25–28 June 2020. The application form can be filled out online, please click HERE to apply. [https://forms.gle/o8FSpfVJJbb6ucJm6]

Please notice that the application form is only in Finnish. Once an application is submitted and approved, the applicant will be contacted by the staff via email.

As a volunteer you will help with, for instance, event setup, cleaning and customer service. Previous experience in volunteer work is not required – only positive attitude and willing to work with people instead! All interested volunteers will get orientation before the event begins.

When you volunteer at the Medieval Market you aren’t paid wages or comparable monetary compensation. However as a volunteer you get free lunch on your volunteer days, the Medieval Market t-shirt, invitation to the volunteers after party and most importantly: you will make bunch of new friends and acquaintances!

Working as a volunteer is not only a great fun but also a great opportunity to get a look behind the scenes of the event.

The Medieval Market is held at the Old Great Square of Turku on June 25^th to June 28^th 2020. The event offers free programs for the whole family. The Medieval Market is organized by a non-profit organization Assocation Turun Suurtorin keskiaika ry. Last year in the event participated almost hundred vendor and approximately 136 000 visitors.
